TreasureTulip was unable to verify the billing information if the billing address that is entered on the order does not match what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled. If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address. Shipping confirmations are sent via email usually within 1-2 business days. There will be a tracking number included within the email to be able to track your package.
The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchasesmade through TreasureTulip. To be eligible for an exchange or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Returns are accepted within 7 days the received date. If any item purchased at TreasureTulip fails to meet your expectations: It may be returned by mail to the address below for a refund. For Refund of Online Purchases: Retain your original order invoice for your records. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include Documents (if applicable). you (the customer) will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
