If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. (Unless specifically noted in the listing)
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
You have 3 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.(if applicable)
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Your refund will then be retuned to the original method of payment.
