Thanks for shopping at Treasure Tulip!If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.
SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. (Unless specifically noted in the listing)
Carriers:
USPS only
A tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, and we will update your order with the tracking information. Please make sure your email address is correct to be sure you receive all correspondence.
BACKORDERS:
If an item goes on back order you will be notified and we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
You have 7 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.(if applicable)
Refunds
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please note a 10% restock charge will apply to all orders not due to merchant error.
Your refund will then be retuned to the original method of payment.
